On August 8, 2017, Jiashan Hua Rui Sun.King electric equipment Technology Co., Ltd.— a subsidiary of Sun.King group, was successfully delivered the 288 units of anode saturable reactors high-end valves to STATE GRID Corporation of China’s "Jarud to Qingzhou" HVDC convertor station project.
In Mar. 2017, the anode saturable reactors project at the high voltage converter station of ±800kV "Jarud to Qingzhou" HVDC project, had officially launched and entered batch - manufacturing stage, which lasted for 3 months. In Jun. 2017, 288 units of anode saturable reactors low-end valve were successfully shipped. In the immediate aftermath, the workers of Jiashan Sun.King braved the hot heat, continued to work hard, completed the production of 288 units of anode saturable reactors high-end valve. The products passed various tests. On Aug. 8, 2017, the products were officially shipped.
Anode saturable reactors, is one of the core components of the converter valve, which is used in HV and HVDC transmission engineering. It can protect thyristor devices in the converter valve safely and stably, and avoid maloperation and damage of thyristor devices due to voltage and current instability.
As the only domestic supplier of anode saturable reactors, which is required for the production of HVDC converter valves in China, Jiashan Sun.King is constantly studying, making progress and responding positively to the national development strategy of ”The Belt and Road Initiative”, to meet the needs of the national HVDC project construction. At the same time, Jiashan Seijing strictly control production management , product inspection, and product quality, to ensure the safe and stable construction of HVDC project.
±800kV "Jarud to Qingzhou" HVDC project is after "Xilinguole League to Shandong", "Yuheng to Weifang" HVAC projects, "Shanghaimiao to Shandong" HVDC project, the fourth HVDC line of "HVDC in Shandong" project, and the second HVDC line of "HVDC in Weifang" project.
It is another significant achievement of STATE GRID Corporation of China to carry out national decision making and deployment, change the development mode of the power grid , and promote the optimization of the national energy resources.
